Who we are

Sol Embrace Community is a space born from both heartbreak and love—
where mothers who have experienced miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or the loss of a child can come as they are and be gently held in community.

We believe grief and joy can exist side by side.
Here, it is okay to say your baby’s name, to remember out loud,
to cry, to laugh, and to feel it all without judgment.

We are not only a space for grief, but for the light that still remains—
for connection, for warmth, and for moments of joy that find their way back in.

At Sol Embrace, your story is honored, your love is seen, and you are never alone.

What Makes Us Different

At Sol Embrace, our gatherings are designed to hold both grief and joy. Because we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the two.

Our larger events are connection-centered and uplifting, with experiences like mini facials, permanent jewelry, snacks, and space to simply be among women who understand.

Our coffee meetups offer a gentle way to stay connected, creating consistency, comfort, and community over time.

And our retreats are intentionally woven with both light and remembrance, blending joy-filled moments with meaningful ways to honor our babies through experiences like worship, speakers, and candle ceremonies.

Everything we create is rooted in this truth:
healing can be heavy, but it can also hold moments of light.

At Sol Embrace, there is room for all of it.
